The complainant’s contact details may be shared with the uploader to facilitate resolution of the issue.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification should include the following information:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its previous location on the site (e.g., URL).
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the district where you reside (or any jurisdiction where the site may be found) and that you agree to accept service of process from the complainant.
• Your signature (physical or electronic).

Once we receive the counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is taken within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
