Refund Policy

At DigitalQuest, we strive to provide a great gaming experience for all our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

Game Cancellations:

If you cancel your video game order within 7 days of purchase and the game has not been opened or downloaded, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 3 to 6 days after purchase are eligible for a 50% refund if the game has not been opened or activated.

Cancellations made more than 6 days after purchase or if the game has been opened, activated, or downloaded are non-refundable.

Digital Downloads:

Digital game purchases are non-refundable once the download or activation code has been used, unless there is a technical issue that prevents the game from working properly.

If you experience a technical issue with a downloaded game, please contact us within 5 days of purchase for troubleshooting or a potential refund.

Defective or Damaged Physical Games:

If you receive a defective or damaged physical copy of a video game, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference and the availability of stock.

Pre-Order Refunds:

Pre-ordered games are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the official release date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the release date are non-refundable, but we will offer store credit or exchange in certain cases.
